Welcome
We are interested in interdisciplinary research related to biologically relevant problems and comprehending them from a theoretical as well as experimental point of view. We work coherently with experimentalists (or perform experiments in our lab) to develop integrative mathematical models to understand the phenomenon such as cell cycle, signalling pathways, stem cell self renewal and differentiation etc. using different facets of mathematical and computational modelling approaches. In our research, we use techniques related to nonlinear dynamics, bifurcation analysis, stochastic methods, chemical kinetics, parameter estimation and many other such important methods to uncover the underlying principles in biological processes.
